You can use the website, play, and win without documents. But if you want to withdrawal your winnings, you will need to upload documents to verify your identity. We have to follow the standards set out by the Curacao licensing authority. This means that, in certain situations, we may ask our players to provide additional supporting documentation.

How should I send my documentation?

Go to the “Security & Verification” tab in your Profile. There you will find all the necessary documents. Upload documents in JPG or PNG (max size 2MB).
